Highlight

•Highlights are simply pieces of hair that are lighter than your natural color. •Highlighting hair is lightening sections beyond the base color. You may associate highlights with blonde, but highlights can be any color if they are lighter in contrast to the surrounding hair.

Accent Highlight

Accent Highlights are done by applying a small amount of foils or painted-on pieces usually focused on framing the face. ( 8 to 10 foils)

Toner

Toner evens out the porosity of your hair, camouflaging differences in the exposed color, which is why colorists use toner after highlighting. Toning is actually the most important part of the highlighting process.

All Over Color

A single-process (also known as all-over color) permanently changes the color of your entire head of hair, giving you a new, one-dimensional tone that can be as dramatic or subtle as you like. An All-Over Color will not lighten your hair.

Root Touch Up

A root touch-up is simply an application of hair color applied to the roots of the hair, to disguise the fact that hair has grown out, and to cover grays. This is a single process only.

Accent “peekaboo” Vivid Color

“Peekaboo” hair color is when color is applied to your bottom layer of hair. When you run your fingers through your hair, the hue beneath “peeks” through your top layer of hair to reveal a pop of color.
